Utiliza las funciones de entrenamiento guiado de la aplicación INNODIGYM, crea plantillas de entrenamiento y revisa las sesiones grabadas. La disponibilidad de las funciones depende de la versión de la aplicación instalada y de la región.
Los botones remotos de las asas y la barra larga liberan la resistencia con una sola pulsación. La protección contra fallos está activada por defecto: en cuanto se detecta el agotamiento, la carga se reduce. Las indicaciones de voz confirman cada estado.

I got the P1 Plus for my grad school apartment, and it's a total game-changer. The compact design fits in my corner nook, and the app's 100+ workouts keep me motivated during study breaks. The 198lbs resistance is awesome for leg days, and the speakers are a fun bonus. Wish it came with a quick-start guide, but I figured it out!
