After receiving the goods, I did some shoulder exercises before the stool was dismantled. I felt that the strength can be stimulated and the feeling of congestion is good. However, because it is a steel wire, novices are advised to lower the weight when first using it and gradually master it before using it and simply practice it after get off work. Enough is enough. After all, the steel wire of the small gantry in the gym is only about 40kg 😂😂 There are surprises in using violent apps.

This machine appeared just right, allowing me to use the fragmented time to exercise. Today, I specially exercised and then evaluated it.
